Hi!

I’m Anika

I never pursued art because I thought I wasn’t ‘good at it’. But it’s always brought me joy and gave me a space where time slowed down and the world stood still.

After spending over 11 years in the corporate world, I found myself feeling disconnected and unfulfilled.

Now, I help others explore expressive art as a way to regulate their emotions, reconnect with the things they once loved, and rediscover their creativity without pressure or judgement.

My work is about creating safe, supportive spaces where you can pause, explore, connect and find meaning through creativity.
